Buon Giorno. I am Big Anthony. You may have heard how almost the whole town of Calabria got buried in pasta when I used Strega Nona’s magic.
What, you haven’t? Then you really should come to see our puppet show at Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh – Children’s this Sunday at 1:00, 2:00 or 3:00 p.m.
They tell me there’s going to be a whole Extravaganza of good things happening on the library lawn from noon to 5:00 a.m. (I mean p.m.). Things like musical performances. Pittsburgh Pirates (could get a little rowdy-Arrgh.) Balkan Babes (hachacha!). Cartoon drawing with Joe Wos and folk dances from around the world.
Hey, if you see our show, the librarians will teach you to do the tarantula (oops, I mean tarantella.)
Anywho, come in and tell them you came because of me, Big Anthony. Arrivederci.
P.S. Dah–I forgot the most important part. Don’t forget to sign up for Summer Reading! Otherwise, you may end up like me, Big Anthony.
