Dewey Treasure Trove: Mister Rogers’ Songbook

songbook1

This collection of songs by our beloved neighbor, Fred Rogers, features the lyrics and piano music to nineteen favorite songs from Mister Rogers’ Neighborhood.

From Won’t You Be My Neighbor?  to “It’s Such a Good Feeling (to Know You’re Alive)” these songs recall the comfortable sense of visiting with our television neighbor.  They also offer excellent opportunities to talk about all sorts of ideas, such as sharing, growing, and what makes each of us special.

Colorful, expressive illustrations by Steven Kellogg add to the enduring appeal of this children’s classic.
